Affordable Web Promotions reserves the right to refuse to accept any contract from any website or business that Affordable Web Promotions (at its sole discretion) deems inappropriate. Any website or business containing unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
Affordable Web Promotions may elect to electronically monitor the website for adherence to these Terms & Conditions and may disclose to the extent permitted by law any content, records or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized governmental request, or (ii) to protect the rights or property of Affordable Web Promotions or its partners.
Affordable Web Promotions reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication or content which it deems in its discretion to be harmful to individual users or other third-party rights, or to violate any applicable law.
The Customer shall make a designated person available (if necessary) for discussion with a representative of Affordable Web Promotions for the purpose of decision making and discussing the status of the Services within a reasonable time frame of the request (48 hours).
Agreement / Terms of purchase
By law, an order placed by you, the customer, to Affordable Web Promotions, is a purchase order and cannot be rescinded solely because of a change in mind. Purchase orders constitute an acceptance of our (Affordable Web Promotions) terms and conditions.

Service Renewal /Payments
You acknowledge that Affordable Web Promotions Services may be automatically renewed unless otherwise requested by yourself. All orders are processed according to authorization to do so. If there are any changes contact us immediately.
For security reasons, the account holder must provide certain billing details in order to cancel an account. For administration purposes, up to 10 business days should be allowed from the time these details are provided, to when the account cancellation occurs.
Service renewals include the following: Pay Per Click and other advertising campaigns, maintenance programs, link building programs and any other on-going payments and services.
Unless specifically stated a fixed price quote, any cost estimates that are or have been given by Affordable Web Promotions are estimates only. Actual time spent and Products supplied may be used as the basis for billing.
Cancelled services cannot be resumed for less than the minimum period required for that service. For purposes of continuity and momentum, the full service period is required.
Fixed Payments
Fixed payments will be due in advance on the same calendar day as the initial purchase date for each payment period or service agreement. Monthly fees and payments are subject to change (with notice) from Affordable Web Promotions.
The Merchant is billed to the credit card number given to Affordable Web Promotions at the time of registration or to such other credit card number which Merchant shall so designate. Any changes to credit cards must be given to Affordable Web Promotions 10 business days before the payment date. The Merchant agrees to pay the fee if it uses the services of Affordable Web Promotions. Fees are deducted automatically from the merchants credit card unless a full ten (10) business days written notice to cancel (is received and acknowledged) by Affordable Web Promotions.
Late Payment Policy
Affordable Web Promotions shall have the right, upon notice to the Merchant, to terminate this Agreement specifically if: (a) Merchant fails to pay by the due date any amount due to Affordable Web Promotions under this Agreement; (b) Merchant materially breaches any terms or conditions of this Agreement; or (c) Merchant (i) terminates or suspends its business activities; (ii) becomes insolvent, makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or becomes subject to direct control of a trustee, receiver or similar authority; or (iii) becomes subject to any bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding under federal or state statutes.
If the Customer fails to pay any invoice by the due date for payment, (and Affordable Web Promotions agrees to continue the agreement) then without prejudice to Affordable Web Promotions rights under this Agreement, the Customer shall also pay Affordable Web Promotions interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per month.
Refund Policy
An agreement to purchase constitutes a contract is in force. Notification of termination of services (by the client or authorized representative of the client) must be received in writing (electronically received and acknowledged by Affordable Web Promotions authorized representative) a minimum of 10 business days prior to the next billing period. There will be no refund of any monies previously paid.
Rights and Obligations of Affordable Web Promotions to the Client
Affordable Web Promotions will maintain honest and highly ethical standards in the performance of its dealings with The Customer and will endeavour to provide The Customer with the best knowledge, expertise and information in its possession.
Affordable Web Promotions will maintain regular contact with the Customer (by remote communication facility if necessary) and report to the Customer on the status of the Services.
Terms of Use Statement
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
